Fishing
My first fishing experience in Los Cabos will always be unforgettable. I sailed out with three other friends towards the Pacific Ocean. It was the month of October and the weather was nice and warm with a slight breeze.
We sailed out at 6 in the morning. Our captain was not only very experienced but quite fun to sail with! An hour after we had sailed out we were fishing and we had dolphins swimming right along the side of our boat.

We caught two huge Dorados. My best game fishing experience ever!

You must know that Cabo San Lucas is one of the top destinations worldwide for game fishing and is known as the "Marlin Capital of the World".

As I travel south I picture myself enjoying a full week of fishing. If I fish during the winter I look forward to not just sighting dolphins and seals, but whales as well. That is always a great plus.
Fishing in Los Cabos
If you want to catch striped marlin then visit Cabo any time between late winter and midsummer. You can catch a blue and black marlin as early as June.

If you travel during October and November you will find striped, blue and black Marlin, Dorado, Wahoo, Sailfish, Roosterfish, Pargo, Grouper, Cabrilla, Snapper and Yellow Fin Tuna.

Catch and release is highly encouraged in the area, so you can tag and release your fish and have a trophy mount replica made just for you.
